Jefferson Health, at Einstein Montgomery Emergency Department, seeks a Patient Access Representative (Relief, Days) to deliver a positive patient experience by registering patients and collecting accurate demographics and insurance details.

The role requires strong healthcare customer service, with duties including identifying uninsured patients for charity care and handling calls for outpatient visits. Weekend day shifts are 7am–3:30pm, every other Saturday and Sunday.

Formación

• 3 years of healthcare customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with patients and families to register accurately, gather demographics and insurance information.
• Verifies insurance coverage, collects out-of-pocket liability at time of service.
• Assists with inquiries and directs patients for outpatient visits.
