ABM is seeking a Night Lead Airline Passenger Assistant in Reno to lead a team of Wheelchair Agents who assist passengers requiring wheelchair support. You will drive productivity and ensure top-tier customer service, while enforcing safety, quality, and regulatory standards established by the Company, clients, and authorities.

Job description

The Night Lead Airline Passenger Assistant is responsible for leading a team of other Wheelchair Agents as well as assisting passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities

Schedule: Thursday-Monday 16:00-Close
