ABM is seeking a reliable Lead Airline Passenger Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) at Dulles International Airport to ensure passengers receive compassionate and efficient wheelchair support. You will lead a small team, coordinate service at gate and curbside, and uphold safety and service standards.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. Job Title: Lead Airline Passenger Assist

Pay Rate: $20.13 per hour, paid weekly. Location: Dulles International Airport

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented and “tipping” is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25–$100 per week.
