Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to work night shifts on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of critical care experience, active IL licensure, and CPR-based certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS).

The role requires expertise in ambulatory, inpatient, trauma, and postoperative care with a focus on cardiac monitoring and IV/port management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.
• Active IL nursing license to apply.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) setting.
• Monitor patients post-surgery, manage pain, and vital signs.
• IV therapy and phlebotomy as needed.
• Coordinate with surgical teams and discharge planning as required.
