Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for PACU to manage post-anesthesia care in a 12-bed recovery unit. The role involves admission and discharge of same-day procedures, with potential float duties to pre-procedure and phase 2 areas.

The position requires ACLS/BLS/PALS, a CA RN license, and at least 2 years of PACU experience. Shifts include day and mid, with possible on-call and weekend coverage based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PACU or acute care nursing experience.
• Active RN license valid in California.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• Must-Have: Previous Charge Experience and Patient Ratio Experience of 2.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and patient status in post-anesthesia care.
• Administer medications and manage postoperative care.
• Perform end-tidal CO2 monitoring and airway assessment.
• Discharge patients after same-day procedures and coordinate handoffs.
• Potential unit float and on-call shifts as needed.
