Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure is required upon hire (GA or Compact).
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required at hire.
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience as an RN.
• Proficient English communication; strong teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, disease, and cultural background.
• Collaborate with patient and family; participate in interdisciplinary rounds and ongoing education.
• Adhere to current clinical practice standards and document care accurately.
• Coordinate safe, quality patient care and promote inclusive team communication.
• Support performance improvement efforts and shared governance.
• Complete required competency assessments and mandatory education.
