Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process with evidence-based practice to plan and evaluate patient care
• Provides patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, disease, and cultural background
• Collaborates with patients and families through bedside rounds, teaching, and updates
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration while supporting safe, quality care
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance at multiple levels
