Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Packing Associate in Kinston, NC to pack sleeves of cartons, cups and lids into cases and maintain a clean work area. The role requires standing, light lifting, and accuracy to meet customer specifications.

Shifts include 3rd shift from 12am to 8am with a starting pay rate of $15.91–$17.05 per hour, paid weekly. Training and safety are emphasized, with opportunities for growth within a supportive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods while performing duties.
• Light lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination to support high-speed work.
• Must work well in a team and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Packs sleeves of cartons, cups and lids into cases.
• Inspects product for defects and notifies supervisor if found.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Packs product to customer specifications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervision.
