Oskar Blues Brewery in Longmont, CO is seeking an Overnight Packaging Operator. This full-time position packages beer to world-class standards, operating packaging equipment and maintaining keg stock in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, preventative maintenance, and accurate log keeping. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits and employee discounts on beer, merchandise, and food.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards for packaging at the facility.
• Operate packaging equipment and monitor performance.
• Clean kegs and manage keg stock.
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Log information accurately and maintain a clean, safe work area.
