Monster Brewing Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Operator to help deliver beer at a world class standard. This full‑time role focuses on operating packaging equipment, maintaining keg stock, and ensuring quality before distribution.

You will follow safety procedures, log information accurately, and work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Wage is $20.75/hour with comprehensive benefits and weekend/overnight shifts possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Mechanical aptitude and safe work practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality standards set for packaging at Monster Brewing Company facilities.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Clean kegs and ensure keg stock is properly maintained.
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Understand and adhere to safety standards.
• Clean and maintain packaging equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Alert supervisor(s) to potential quality or safety concerns.
• Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment.
• Log information immediately and accurately.
• Perform facility related duties as required or assigned.
