Oskar Blues Brewery in Brevard, NC is seeking an Overnight Packaging Lead to supervise packaging operations during the overnight shift and ensure quality standards are met. You will lead a team of Packaging Operators and Technicians, coordinating activities and maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires operating packaging equipment, communicating effectively, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives under the Packaging Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading packaging operations preferred.
• Ability to operate brewery packaging equipment.
