Job summary

Oskar Blues Brewery in Longmont, CO is seeking an AM Packaging Operator to uphold world‑class packaging standards and ensure all beer leaves the line ready for distribution. You will operate packaging equipment, perform preventative maintenance, log information accurately, and collaborate with the packaging team to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.

The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow PPE and labelling procedures while

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
• Mechanical aptitude is required
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work well at a fast pace in high pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality standards set for packaging at Monster Brewing Company facilities
• Operate packaging equipment
• Clean kegs and ensure keg stock is properly maintained
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Understand and adhere to safety standards
• Clean and maintain packaging equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Alert supervisor(s) or other management to potential quality or safety concerns
• Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment
• Log information immediately and accurately
• Perform facility related duties as required or assigned
