Job summary

Stryker Group in Arlington, TN is seeking candidates for a production role. Schedule: Mon–Thu, 5:00pm–3:30am with overtime as needed.

On-site manufacturing support across SJO, Biologics, Augment, Xerogel lines, including packaging, materials handling, and data entry. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation in GMP/GDP, operating and cleaning equipment (Miele washers), and performing routine maintenance and continuous improvement tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of twelve (12) months of relevant experience.
• Ability to adhere to GMP and GDP standards.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials to manufacturing orders and support production activities across SJO, Biologics, Augment, or Xerogel operations.
• Perform packaging operations including blister packaging, pouch sealing, cartoning, shrink wrapping, labeling, and operating digital scales.
• Complete accurate documentation and data entry, including routers and Device History Records, in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
• Operate and clean equipment (including Miele washers) and perform required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleanings.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on time and participate in daily management and continuous improvement activities.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, dependability, and a strong customer/service mindset.
• Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal), follow safety, housekeeping, and ergonomic practices, and speak up on safety or quality concerns.
• Meet physical and scheduling requirements, including standing or sitting for extended periods, operating machinery, wearing PPE, working overtime as needed, and showing motivation to learn, cross-train, and grow.
