Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Production Technician I on site in the United States. You will support manufactur­ing operations by issuing materials, packaging products, and maintaining documentation in a GMP/GDP environment.

The role requires operating packaging lines, completing data entry, and following safety and quality protocols. The position includes a Mon–Thu schedule with a 5:00pm–3:30am shift and OT as needed, plus a $1 shift premium and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work OT.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials to manufacturing orders and support production activities across SJO, Biologics, Augment, or Xerogel operations.
• Perform packaging operations including blister packaging, pouch sealing, cartoning, shrink wrapping, labeling, and operating digital scales.
• Complete accurate documentation and data entry, including routers and Device History Records, in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
• Operate and clean equipment (including Miele washers) and perform required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleanings.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on time and participate in daily management and continuous improvement activities.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, dependability, and a strong customer/service mindset.
• Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal), follow safety, housekeeping, and ergonomic practices, and speak up on safety or quality concerns.
