Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Med Tech for the Night Shift to provide one‑on‑one attention to residents while they sleep, ensuring safety, comfort, and care. You will join Team Springs NOC to support residents through overnight care and collaborate with nurses and physicians as needed.

Responsibilities include administering medications or aiding self‑administration, monitoring vital signs, and communicating orders.

Qualifications

• Organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive, teamwork‑oriented, passionate to serve others.
• Caregiving or Med Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment criminal background and drug screening.
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.

Description

The Med Tech will provide one‑on‑one attention to residents during the overnight shift, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Shift Details & Perks

• Earn a $1/hr weekend night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist residents to self‑administer medications and treatments.
• Measure vital signs and weight and perform other health‑services tasks.
• Communicate with physicians, implement physician orders, and report/document pertinent information.
• Work closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
