This role involves delivering safe, efficient perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams, bringing a minimum of 2-3 years of RN experience and a current RN license in Maryland. This position offers a competitive salary range of $42.03 - $53.30, along with additional bonuses and differential pay for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of Operating Room RN experience required.
• Proven ability to independently circulate surgical cases in a fast-paced OR environment.
• Experience supporting a range of procedures including general, orthopedic, and specialty cases strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, high-quality perioperative care across a broad range of surgical cases.
• Coordinate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain full accountability for patient safety and clinical outcomes.
