Job summary

Qualifications

• More than one year of nursing experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops a goal-directed plan of care with patient/family.
• Performs assessments/data collection in a systematic manner.
• Collaborates with care team to evaluate patient outcomes.

Education

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
