Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team, preferably in transportation operations.
• Prior management, dispatch and dock experience required.
• Must have strong leadership skills to train and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nighttime operations for your designated section of the terminal dock.
• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel.
• Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring cube and weight of trailers.
