Securitas Security Services in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Mobile Dispatcher to lead the Mobile Security Operations team from the Wilmington, MA office.

This hands-on leadership role oversees dispatch, field supervision, fleet management, and after-hours response. The position requires problem-solving and decisive action during overnight hours in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• College Degree and/or three years of experience in personnel management, security operations, law enforcement, military leadership, dispatch operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading mobile security operations or dispatch centers is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts security regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, development, and performance management to Mobile Field Supervisors and Mobile Security Officers.
• Oversee daily operations of a mobile security unit across Massachusetts.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact during overnight hours for officers, clients, and leadership.
• Manage dispatch operations: route coordination, officer deployment, incident response, and emergency communications.
• Monitor systems, GPS, reporting, and camera monitoring for operational effectiveness.
• Ensure all patrols, alarm responses, and client tasks meet standards.
