You will oversee mobile field supervisors, dispatch, GPS tracking, camera monitoring, and fleet management, with a focus on safe, compliant, and responsive service. The role emphasizes night shifts, careful prioritization, and proactive client communication, ensuring reliable service delivery to a diverse client

Qualifications

• College degree and/or three years of experience in personnel management, security operations, or related field.
• Overnight operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MA security regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mobile Field Supervisors and Mobile Security Officers.
• Oversee daily mobile security operations across MA.
• Primary overnight operational point of contact for mobile officers and clients.
• Manage dispatch operations: route coordination, officer deployment, incident response, and emergency communications.
• Monitor security systems, GPS tracking, camera monitoring, and reporting platforms.
• Ensure all patrols, alarm responses, and client tasks meet standards.
• Coordinate staffing by managing call-outs, shift vacancies, and coverage.
• Conduct field inspections, QA reviews, and audits for service excellence.
• Maintain fleet operations, vehicle inspections, and maintenance scheduling.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and client procedures.
• Promote professionalism, safety, and operational excellence.
• Maintain payroll records, scheduling, and client communications.
