WE HELP MAKE YOUR WORLD A SAFER PLACE Securitas Security Services is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Supervisor – Mobile Dispatcher to lead our elite Mobile Security Operations team throughout Massachusetts as part of our Northern New England portfolio. This position will be based out of our Wilmington, MA Office.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role overseeing mobile security personnel, dispatch functions, camera monitoring activities, vehicle fleet management, and after-hours response operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can confidently make critical decisions during overnight hours when immediate operational support is essential.
Reporting directly to the Area Vice President, this position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse client portfolio while maintaining the highest standards of security operations, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
This role is best suited for a professional who enjoys working nights, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting a geographically dispersed mobile workforce.
Salary: $70,000 Annually
Primary Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Due to the 24/7 nature of security operations, flexibility is required to respond to urgent operational matters, client needs, and emergency situations. The Operations Supervisor serves as a key leader during overnight hours and must be comfortable making real-time decisions that impact personnel, clients, and service delivery.
Responsibilities Include
Education/Experience
College Degree and/or three (3) years of experience in personnel management, security operations, law enforcement, military leadership, dispatch operations, or a related field. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
