• Safety: ensure adherence to safety and hazmat procedures at all times.
• Sales and Productivity: assist with merchandise placement, signing, and stock integrity; manage daily operations.
• Training and Preparing for Assistant Manager: participate in a structured training program covering operations, service, profitability and policies; learn performance management and disciplinary processes.
