Job summary

Suja Life, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee essential production functions in a refrigerated facility. You will operate HPP and bottling equipment, ensure safety and quality standards, and support packaging and pack-out to maintain efficient production flow.

The role requires handling up to 50 lbs, following PM schedules, and coordinating production activities across shifts. Training includes a 2-week schedule before transitioning to the regular shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a wet, refrigerated facility.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PM schedules.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillers, HPP units, labelers, case packers, bundlers, sleevers, palletizers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on fillers at shift start.
• Stand bottles on conveyors and date bottles with Jet Coder.
• Coordinate breaks with bottling staff.
