Job summary

SUJA Life is seeking an Operator 2 to safely run HPP/Bottling/Packaging equipment and manage the Bottling department lineup. You will handle Fillers, HPPs, Labelers, Case Packers, and related lines while coordinating daily material readiness and safety compliance.

Join a team dedicated to quality and safety, with a schedule starting at 5:00 AM and shifting Thursday through Monday, with overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Ability to think ahead and work cross-functional with other departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate all bottling/packaging machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and ingredients are ready for each day.
• Communicate issues to Shift Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
• Follow OSHA rules and SOPs, SSOPs, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
