Job summary

Suja Life, LLC is seeking an Operator 2 to safely run bottling, HPP and packaging equipment, ensuring materials and tools are ready for each shift. The operator will work within the Bottling department across multiple machines, following SOPs and safety rules.

The role requires 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors. Schedule is 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, Thursday–Monday with overtime flexibility; compensation starts at $18–$20 per

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Ability to think ahead and work independently with moderate supervision.
• Ability to communicate with Shift Lead/Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Run all machines safely within the Bottling department, including Fillers, HPPs, Labelers, Case Packers, Bundlers, Sleever, Palletizers.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and ingredients are ready for each day.
• Communicate issues to Shift Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
• Follow OSHA, GMP, SSOP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
