The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Professional to manage daily material handling at our Bucks County location. This role focuses on inventory management that aligns with sales, merchandising, and inventory teams to meet branch goals.

You will receive and stock merchandise, keep shelves tidy, assist customers by directing them to products, and may operate a forklift as needed. A year of retail or supply chain experience is preferred, with no degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management.
• No degree required; relevant skills and values are valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound merchandise daily and stock on the sales floor.
• Down-stock reserve merchandise to selling areas.
• Organize merchandise to maintain a daily 'grand opening' appearance.
• Follow priority list and complete tasks as directed by management.
• Provide high level customer service to help locate items without engaging in sales conversations.
• Refer customers to Sales team for relevant questions.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping; take out trash.
• Keep work areas and sales floor neat and clean.
• May operate a forklift as needed.
