Charlie's Produce in Anchorage, AK, is seeking an Operations assistant to support warehouse duties and data entry in a fast-paced environment. You will handle order printing, invoicing, and label creation, using WMS and spreadsheets, while maintaining clear communication across departments.

The role requires strong typing, attention to detail, and good teamwork in a dynamic setting. This position offers opportunities for growth within a growing West Coast producer.

Qualifications

• Ten Key by touch / 5,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills.
• Proven problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and enter data into the WMS.
• Print and maintain customer orders and labels.
• Assist will call customers by invoicing orders and accepting payments.
• Handle cash/check/credit card payments.
• Create warehouse/production labels as needed.
• Enter received product quantities into front-end systems.
• Maintain communications with departments to ensure smooth operations.
