Afni, Inc. is hiring an on-site Customer Support Specialist in Tucson to assist customers with cable, router, and internet issues. You will handle inbound calls, apply product knowledge, and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency. Training is thorough to equip you for the complex troubleshooting tasks.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour (includes $0.50 onsite differential) with full-time schedules and a strong commitment to growth, stability, and teamwork at our Tucson facility.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for cable, router and internet issues.
• Process orders and update customer accounts/records.
• Demonstrate empathy, accuracy and effective multitasking.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while resolving concerns.
