Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift EMT or Paramedic to join our Onsite Medical Partner program at a construction site in Philadelphia. This full-time role covers night hours (7pm–6am) and focuses on emergency response, wellness, and safety support for workers.

You will integrate with the project safety team, provide rapid medical care, manage equipment and supplies, and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance. Strong communication and OSHA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Current state or national EMT/Paramedic certification.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum of three years of experience in pre-hospital or clinical settings.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical response on a construction site.
• Assess, stabilize, and coordinate transport for injuries or illnesses.
• Conduct safety walks and implement preventive measures with the project team.
• Deliver first aid, CPR, and workplace safety education to workers.
• Manage workplace wellness programs, screenings, and education.
• Monitor and address onsite health concerns and exposure to hazards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies; ensure stock levels.
• Document medical incidents and follow regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with client project teams and internal partners.
