Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. seeks an EMT or Paramedic to join our construction health team as an Onsite Medical Partner. The role focuses on emergency response, health assessment, injury prevention, and coordinating care on the job site.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, and requires active EMT/Paramedic certification and BLS. You will work with the project safety team, manage equipment and records, and contribute to worker health and safety.

Qualifications

• Current State or National Certification or Registration as an EMT or Paramedic is required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification is required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle unpredictable situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical response on construction sites and stabilize injured workers.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate on preventive health measures.
• Oversee workplace wellness programs and health screenings.
• Manage medical equipment, supplies, and on-site records.
• Document incidents and reporting for regulatory and internal purposes.
