PineCrest Center for Rehabilitation and Healing – Now Under New Management is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN or LPN) to oversee the night nursing operations at our North Miami facility. The role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and a commitment to safe, compassionate care around the clock.

The Night Supervisor will lead the night shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, coordinate staffing, respond to emergencies, and ensure accurate administration of medications while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Two years of nursing experience, with long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• One year of supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nurses and CNAs on the night shift, making rounds throughout the facility.
• Manage staffing for the shift, including handling call-offs and reassigning staff as needed.
• Respond to emergencies, falls, and changes in resident condition, and coordinate appropriate care.
• Notify physicians, families, and the Director of Nursing of significant changes or incidents.
• Oversee after-hours admissions, readmissions, and transfers.
• Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and on time.
• Complete and review incident reports and required documentation.
• Monitor compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and state and federal regulations.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide direct nursing care when needed.
• Communicate shift events and follow-up items to the oncoming supervisor and leadership.
• Protect resident confidentiality, privacy, and rights.
