Neulife Rehabilitation of Florida is seeking an experienced LPN Night Supervisor to lead night shift nursing and oversee clinical operations in a specialized neurological rehabilitation setting. Qualifications

• Current and active Florida LPN license.
• IV Certification.
• CPR Certification.
• Previous nursing experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation, long-term/post-acute care, or with medically complex residents preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration, nursing assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and changing patient care needs.
• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direction to nursing staff during the night shift.
• Ensure appropriate staffing assignments and continuity of patient care.
• Monitor staff performance and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Provide guidance, support, and clinical assistance to nursing personnel.
• Ensure nursing staff follow established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Conduct rounds to monitor residents' conditions and ensure quality care.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Communicate significant clinical concerns, incidents, and changes in resident conditions to appropriate management and medical personnel.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation.
• Assist with staff training, orientation, and ongoing education.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and employees.
