Job summary

Temple-Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Float Team at Jeanes Campus, working nights from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. You will support RNs with delegated patient care activities and uphold the hospital's customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or be a nursing student with at least one clinical rotation, and basic life support certification. CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or current nursing student with at least one clinical rotation.
• 1 year experience as Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN with delegated patient care activities.
• Incorporate the Hospital's Customer Service Program concepts into patient care.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
