Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and either a nursing assistant program or current nursing student with clinical rotation. BLS is preferred; CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of approved Nursing Assistant program or nursing student with clinical rotation required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing staff.
• Provides support aligned with the hospital's customer service program and ensures patient safety.
