Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Float Team at JEANES Campus. This full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) supports RNs with patient care tasks and helps maintain high service standards in a busy hospital setting.

Under the Nurse Manager, you perform delegated duties, participate in the hospital’s customer service program, and contribute to a compassionate, efficient care environment for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nursing Assistant program completion or current nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree required.
• 1 year experience as Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing support staff.
• Contribute to the hospital's Customer Service Program in all patient care activities; report to Nurse Manager or designee.
