Bethesda Home of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, SD is hiring an RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants on night shifts. The role includes rotating weekends and holidays, and relocation to Aberdeen, SD is necessary.

You will ensure adherence to all standards and supervise day-to-day nursing activities, while supporting the Director of Nursing and coordinating with other resident services to maintain high quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in this state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Supervise nursing staff and plan shifts’ services.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and reporting.
