Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervisor or charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations during shifts, ensuring patient care and staff coordination.
• Lead nursing staff and act as role model and mentor.
• Manage staffing levels and on-call schedules.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with state nursing and accreditation standards.
• Maintain documentation and participate in audits.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents.
