As a Nurse Supervisor, you will manage operations of your assigned unit, supervise clinical staff, provide guidance and education, foster a positive facility culture, maintain infection prevention practices, and ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' needs. Your expertise will ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Applicants should have:

• An unencumbered Illinois RN license
• CPR certification
• At least 2 years of RN experience
