Job summary

Belong Birkdale is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts. You will contribute to a brand-new Belong village, delivering nursing care to older customers, including those living with dementia, and supporting families and colleagues.

You will assess, plan and deliver care with clinical leadership, ensuring dignity and independence while monitoring wellbeing and maintaining comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in elderly care, nursing, community or health care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
• Administer and manage medicines in line with professional standards and policies.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Monitor customer wellbeing and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to care colleagues during night shifts.
