Job summary

PrincetonNursingandRehabilitation is hiring for a night shift (6p-6a) on a full-time basis. The role requires an active RN or LPN license with bedside care across diverse medical patients in a long-term care setting.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, coordinate with the care team, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. The facility offers a sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, and opportunities for incremental raises.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Prepares and administers medications and records doses.
• Records vital signs and patient information.
• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team to assess and plan care.
• Assists with examinations and treatments as needed.
• Changes dressings and assists with IVs.
• Operates and monitors patient care equipment.
• Responds to life-saving situations following nursing standards.
• Documents care information concisely and timely.
• Maintains compassionate, patient-centered communication.
• Performs other position-related duties as assigned.
• Supports infection control and safety procedures.
