Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Joplin, MO seeks a Neuro RN/GN for a 24-hour-per-week night position in a neuro-pulmonary stroke unit. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, uphold patient rights, and collaborate with care teams on stroke management and pulmonary risks.

Sign-on bonuses: Graduate Nurse $10,000; Experienced Nurse $13,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance to licensing requirements.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Monitor neurologic changes in neuro-pulmonary stroke unit and provide patient education.
