Mercy is seeking a Neuro/ Pulmonary Stroke Unit nurse on a 24-hour-per-week night schedule at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, coordinating with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

RN licensure in Missouri is required, with BLS certification or within 30 days of hire. Graduate or Experienced nurses are eligible for premium night shift sign-on bonuses of $10,000 and $13,000 respectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing with ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license required.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
