Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO seeks a Neuro/ Pulmonary Stroke Unit RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. The role focuses on neuro and pulmonary stroke patients requiring vigilant assessment and timely interventions, in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Graduates or experienced nurses with RN licensure and BLS certification are welcomed to join a collaborative team delivering compassionate care in a night-shift

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school and RN licensure.
• Maintains current RN license in hiring state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and teams.
