Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current enrollment in a half psychology/social work undergrad program or equivalent experience.
• One year hospital mental health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participates with the interdisciplinary team in specialized patient care.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Delivers trauma-informed care and safety through de-escalation and interventions.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Serves as a resource on diagnoses, behavior plans and crisis management.
