Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a NOC Shift Manager (MedTech) to lead resident care on the night shift in a senior care environment. You will supervise caregivers, ensure medication administration, and support training while coordinating with the Administrator and RCC.

The role requires leadership, a HS diploma and caregiving experience, plus background checks and a current First Aid certification. This full-time position offers benefits and a stable, team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have prior caregiving experience and understand medical pass protocol
• Fingerprint livescan and background check required by DSS licensing
• Willing to submit to drug screening
• First-Aid certification current

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident charts and documentation on facility forms
• Ensure caregivers meet shift responsibilities including ADLs
• Monitor residents overnight for safety and comfort
• Coordinate physician and other appointments for the shift
• Pass medications for the shift and read shift notes to stay informed
• Provide leadership to direct care staff and communicate priorities
