Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager (MedTech) to lead the PM caregiving team in a senior care setting. You will supervise resident caregivers, administer medications, and help train new staff while ensuring quality care and compliance with licensing requirements.

The role emphasizes compassionate, professional elder care, documentation accuracy, and coordination with the Assistant Administrator/Care Coordinator to meet residents’ needs on the shift.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and prior caregiving experience.
• Understands medication pass protocol.
• Willing to submit to drug screening and background check.
• First-Aid certification current.
• Fingerprinting and criminal background review per DSS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregivers on the PM shift to ensure resident needs are met.
• Distribute medications and supervise medication administration.
• Coach and train new resident caregivers on in-service topics.
• Maintain resident charts and documentation in facility records.
• Coordinate with physicians and scheduling for residents.
• Provide leadership to direct care staff and set priorities.
• Ensure safety procedures and licensing compliance are followed.
