Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager (MedTech) to lead a team of resident caregivers, ensuring resident needs are met and medications are administered accurately. You will train new staff and oversee daily floor operations to maintain high-quality care.

The role reports to the Administrator and RCC and carries authority for minor on-the-floor decisions. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Shift is 5:30 am to 2 pm, 4 days on, 2 days off.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills essential for supervising staff.
• Knowledge of geriatric care and licensing regulations.
• Strong organization to maintain resident files and records.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make policy-aligned decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident charts and documentation.
• Ensure caregivers meet resident needs across ADLs.
• Assist with mobility, mealtimes, and activities.
• Coordinate with physicians and schedule appointments.
• Lead and train direct care staff and coordinate shifts.
