Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time night shift (10pm-6am). You will maintain and assist with residents' medication needs, document in the MAR, and support ADLs for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You will observe health changes, transport residents for activities, and respond to emergencies with vigilance. CPR is preferred and prior geriatric experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• All state education requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and health checks as needed.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to leadership.
• Transport residents within the community for activities and meals.
• Respond to emergencies, requests, and hazards promptly.
