Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs.
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in AL and Memory Care with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and hazards promptly and safely.
