Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED may be required based on state
• Must complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and healthcare services in a caring, safe manner
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and mobility
• Obtain vital signs and report health changes
• Follow OSHA/CDC guidelines and SDS procedures for chemical use and exposure control
